Every person regardless of age, race, religion, class, or status seeks to understand and fulfill their purpose. My greatest passion is helping people eliminate the noise to find out who they are and what they are supposed to do, then create strategies in various areas of life that will allow them to walk in the fullness of who they are meant to be.

What makes me uniquely qualified for such a lofty task? I am glad you asked…

Raised by a single teenage mother I grew up economically disadvantaged, but my mother ensured that I went to church and to the best elementary schools. Here I was exposed to two-parent households that had significant disposable income, time to spend with each other, and basic luxuries I certainly did not have. I suspect it was at this stage of life that I decided I was going to do everything I could to change the trajectory of what my life should have been: another statistic.

Fast forward many years later, I hold a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees along with professional certificates. I am a professional in higher education overseeing business, HR, and financial operations and an adjunct professor teaching graduate MBA and EMBA students. I am actively involved in my community volunteering with various non-profit organizations and serving as a staff Pastor in my church. I have also been fortunate to travel the world for work and leisure along the way!

I am undoubtedly blessed but I know that where I am at today is the result of decisions and sacrifices made years ago. I spent years seeking personal and professional growth opportunities, developing strategies, and holding myself accountable to accomplish goals spiritually, mentally, physically, relationally, emotionally, educationally, and occupationally – this fuels my desire to help others do the same. Whether individually or collectively, I desire to empower people and organizations in their daily pursuit of fulfilling their purpose by strategic design!
